Our products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer's warranty doesn't cover items that have been abused, burned and damaged in any form. If the item has a defect when you receive it or you are not satisfied with it, please contact us as soon as possible and return it within 21 days for a replacement or money back.
If you return an item purchased from us, it must be back in Factory Condition. This includes packaging, inserts, manuals etc. Please allow up to 5 Working Days for us to process your returned item. Please contact us and double check the return address before you return it.
All returned items (except defective or damaged items) must be in brand-new condition, with original tags and packaging.
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item, depending on the type and circumstances of the item you bought. We reserve the right to charge a handling and delivery fee on all items returned for non-quality concerning issues.
You may return your item by contacting our Customer Service and requesting a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
1. Incorrect items: You have the option of (1) exchanging it for the correct item, or (2) returning it for a full refund. Customers must confirm their eligibility for an exchange or return with Customer Service before sending items back.
2. Missing item(s): Once we have confirmed that your item(s) is (are) missing, we will offer a full refund of the item price or start processing a new order for you, without any additional charges.
3. Missing Package: During international shipping, a package may get lost. In this case, please contact our Customer Service to tell us you didn’t receive your package. Once confirmed, we will offer you a full refund or resend it.
4. Defective or damaged item: You can apply for a full refund or an exchange of your purchased item, if it is defective or damaged. When requesting your refund or exchange, please be ready to provide our Customer Service with photographs, clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, Customer Service will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation to process your exchanging or refund. Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the delivery person and if you find that it was damaged during shipping, you can reject it. CheapMarkt.com will then ship you a new item immediately.
5. Overdue Orders: If an item does not arrive within the originally stated time frame, Customer Service will offer you the option of keeping or canceling the item(s) by sending an email to your registered email address. Please reply to this email within 5 days and notify us of your preference. Otherwise, a full refund on this particular item(s) will be applied automatically.
Once you contact our Customer Service and notify us on which account you prefer to receive your refund, your refund transaction will be processed within 2 business days. We can refund the money to your CheapMarkt account, or to your payment account (except some payment methods, like cash).
Since different banks provide different transaction policies, you may be asked to cover any occurring service fees by your local bank.
Requesting a Return or Refund
Once you have contacted us and explained your reason for return, our Customer Service Representatives will help you to efficiently complete the process above. Returning packages without prior approval from Customers Service will halt or delay your return.
Once payment has been completed, your order cannot be cancelled. You can cancel any unwanted order before paying on the page My Account > My Orders. Any unpaid order will be cancelled automatically after 7 days.
Changing the order
If you entered the wrong shipping information or selected the wrong size, color, plug, etc. of the item, please contact us as soon as possible. It is not possible to add or remove items in submitted orders. If the order is not paid, you can cancel it and make a new order.
